I've had about six rolls developed through them - the quality of development was just fine, however the customer service could use with some fine tuning, and their turn around time is nothing to write home about. Medium format scans (6x6) came back at around 2400px by 2400px at 72 DPI - okay for digital viewing and posting but you'll need to scan negatives again for anything more critical that a general preview or if you intend to print. Dwayne's has name recognition due to the part they played in the Kodachrome saga, however there are better choices of labs out there.
